I just imaged few DOS 3.2 California Pacific games with Applesauce to .woz and they booted up perfectly with Virtual II and OpenEmulator (under OSX).

hmm, that may be an expensive option but I'm disheartened by the Kryo in this regard...

Specialized hardware designed for that specific platform will always be ahead in features. KF can image the disk, but conversion to other formats has to be written by someone.
