Kryoflux/DTC can not read good sectors

Just wondering what is going on here. I have a pair of disks with the exact same problem. Both disks read perfectly on real hardware even using the same drive, and the Kryoflux stream files even decode fine using the PCE tools. These are not copy protected, and are standard 320K (8 sector DS) disks. The disks are also in good physical condition.

But when reading/decoding the disks with Kryoflux or the DTC tool, it is unable to read a number of sectors towards the end of the disk.

The bad tracks look pretty bad actually, with quite some bleeding between the bands - ie flux reversals that may belong to either of 2 adjacent bands. Additionally, the peak shifts are quite bad too splitting the bands - looks like as if the precompensation was incorrect.
I have no idea why some tool wouldn't report this as incorrect or ambiguous, but it most definitely is...
Is this read with a HD drive?
If yes, I'd recommend trying to see if adding -dd0 or -dd1 makes a difference.

I've attached a scatter plot of one of the bad tracks showing how DTC sees it - take a closer look.

I am reading this with a low-density (360K) drive. Unfortunately I don't have a 1.2mb drive handy to test with.

To convert it correctly, you must run pfi.exe as follows.

pfi track.00.0.raw -p decode pri disk.pri

I finally got a chance to try these disks in a 1.2mb drive with the kryoflux. Same issue, those last couple tracks are not decodeable by the kryoflux / DTC (tested with the density line set both ways), however the PCE tools can decode the steam perfectly, and the disk reads OK when used with a real FDC.
