Here's my completed Kyroflux unit I finished boxing up this evening.
Case is a Safecom 5.25" case which is all in aluminum. I used a 5.25 to 3.5" bay adapter for mounting the floppy drive into the enclosure. PCB I hotglued some card on the back to protect the PCB before mounting it into a case. Was a bit of a squeeze with the floppy cabling, but it all fitted beautifully in the end after wrestling with the floppy cables.
Due to the the design of the enclosure, I wasn't able to fit the USB connector near the back of the case, as the enclosure had the power PCB in the way. I therefore choose to drill a whole at the back of the case and run a USB cable out of the case. Downside is it wasn't so neat as the USB cable permanently runs out of the enclosure, but the lovely aluminum case makes up for that as it nice and durable so the unit is now ideal to take to computer exhibitions, since the case is hard wearing
Here's the pic... My cased Kyroflux unit is connected up to an Asus EEE PC (model 1000HE), running Win XP and Kyroflux GUI.
Show us your setup and show us where the units are being used.
