Priority?

Post by e5frog » Sun Jun 15, 2014 6:42 pm

I'm sure there's as many user requests here as the long long list of user requests on any other WIP.

It would be nice to see some list of what is priority for the development team.

I am sorry, but that is confidential information we do not plan to release at the moment.

I understand, how about a priority list of just the user requests, I'm guessing it's the development team that decides what they want to add and what not. I guess it's also decided what's never going to happen.
There's a lot of suggestions in the thread and it could be handy checking a list before making the same type of requests without having to read every message.

Maybe you want to volunteer to create such list? :)

I could maybe do a list from the posts but not really make the priority or know exactly what's done and not.

How about: you compile it. We make it a new thread/sticky and we give you as much info as we can?

There's 89 topics so I won't get through it tonight...

I was thinking something like this, with link to original description and Kryoflux staff comments after and the list could be sorted from high priority - something developers really want to, are planning or are working on and then less and less priority until at the bottom we found suggestions that won't happen, ever... So people can have a look if their idea is already on the list.
It would be even better if people could vote on a suggestion to see which ones are popular, even if someone comes with a good suggestion it's not certain anyone else interested.

Head recalibrate on track fails, Darkstar

Bulk dump mode, tect

FDI format support, firefly

Emulator I support, mr. vince

AmigaOS4.x version of software, slayer

Write support, esynthesist

Speaking of voting though, perhaps I'm the only one who's interested in this?
