No luck with Wizball, I just did 1000 retries and I always get the same:

Fair enough, then it's just like that... will take a look later.
Indy seems to be an emulation specific issue, we are investigating.

Btw please check this firmware (last post) for 3" CPC dumping!

viewtopic.php?f=3&t=29#p282

EDIT: Please especially test if it solves the problem with TRK00 detection (misalignment, bad dumps) we have been observing.

Indy IPF is working with HxC so it's an emulator software problem; will be fixed eventually.

Wizball track 0 is bad, but it runs under emulation without any problems... still it's definitely a bad track and not how it should be for real.
Do you have another copy of the game?
Is there a tool on CPC that you could try and see if all the blocks are reported error free on track 0 or not?

Well, there's definitely something wrong going on with that Wizball disk. I tried to read it on the CPC side with Discology. Sometimes it reads just a couple of sectors, sometimes it returns to the menu and sometimes it just locks up. Discology was always very good at reading protected disks, and as far as I know it could handle Speedlock disks without any problems, so I think the first track is definitely bad.
