If you would give a clear report with details needed, I could give some advice. E.g. which software release, which platform, OS version, configuration, which KF board, drives attached etc. pp

Well its a Windows 8.1 System im using the latest drivers and the latest DTC tool. I never updated the firmware of the Kryoflux. Oh and the Board is an Revision D.

I'd try using a different USB port and/or ensure there is no other USB device attached (check motherboard if needed) to the physical port. Also make sure you do not use a USB hub.
