Preservation Drive?

Post by slayer »

I'm not making a complaint, I don't think ;)

But when I added my drive to my order to send to me I didn't know there were 84 track versions!

I got a MPF920-E in black marker upper right corne OK 81

what gives :D

Since I brought an entire collection of older commodore machines last year and they reside downstairs does that meanI can wonder off down there and open up say a 386 and it'll have an 84 tracker?

thanks!

Not all drives are created equal.

Although my Sony MPF920 drive can access 83(84) tracks.
