Hello I have an Osborne 1 computer 220V version 1.43 without coming floppy disks.

I tried to recreate CP/M 5'1/4 floppy from TD0 and IMD images files with my KryoFlux

http://n1chezfree.free.fr/Osborne_Floppy.zip

I export images files to KS Stream Files RAW with HxCFloppyEmulator_software.
I write it with wildewutz_0.7.

My Osborne can't boot on the floppy.

Is it the right way ?

You appear to be writing the disks with a 1.2mb (96TPI 80 track) 5.25" drive. Low Density (48TPI 40 track) 5.25" drives can not reliably read disks written by 1.2mb (96TPI) drives.

For the best results, I would recommend writing the disks with a 360k low density 5.25" drive.

In theory if you degauss the disks first and make sure you tell the kryoflux to double-step, you should be able read disks written in the 1.2mb drive.

Also, just glancing at Osborn 1 specs, apparently they normally use low density FM encoding (single density) but there was a later option for low density MFM encoding (double density). So if any of your images are double-density, then your machine would need that double density option.
