I tried another USE cable -> same result, nothing happens under COM ports
test is open, the others as needed for one drive

As I wrote, the TEST jumper is (and was always) open...

Uuhhps Sorry, didn't recognize that "test is open" was related to the jumper! Thought you are open for further testing....

Yes, of course

Could you please check what happens in Device Manager when you connect the device? Does anything new appear in one of the USB sections?
If there is no change whatsoever anywhere, that means the device should be replaced.
If there is a change, e.g. bossa usb device appears as a usb device, we can fix that easily.

If you open Device Manager (and keep it that way!) and connect/disconnect the board does DM refresh its window at all?
It's very noticeable - to see what to expect just connect/disconnect any other known good USB device and see if the same thing happens with the KF board or not.
