Modified Track 0, but rest of disk fine?

What all is stored on Track 0? It appears to just be file system information, but if the rest of the disk is untouched wouldn't that mean that no files were written/deleted from disk? Infected disk maybe? I'm including the tracks below in case anyone wants to take a look.

On some occasions directories get updated for some reason, e.g. to set a file stamp etc. - like when a file has been backed up and the archive bit has been set. This should only affect the directory.

Often the boot sector(s) get modified, due to virus or virus killer.
