Re: GUI improvement - combine/reduce the tabs

Yeah, I know what you mean. The problem with the summary information is that is does not really relate to a track. You are right, it's so little information though, it doesn't really seem right to be on a tab by itself. A couple of unfinished features we have not activated yet is advanced track info...

Re: IPF DECODER LIBRARY released

Note that this also includes IFW's cycle exact, low level WD177x emulator that works at the signal, not command level. This took quite some investigative work digging up the appropriate datasheets, and a huge number of hours by multiple people in testing, including many many hours spent verifying th...

Re: IPF and Openness

We have (finally) come to a decision about the IPF library. As we said, we would come back to this after the KryoFlux writing work was finished, and last week we had "the discussion" that needed to be done. We have decided to use the MAME license. Other licenses may follow, we will have to see how t...

Re: IPF and Openness

Okay, firstly I want to say that I don't think anything you have said is unreasonable. We ourselves initiated discussions on opening the format because we want to do it. We know we need do it. Things have just got in the way. You're analogies seem to stem from our website about open source. That stu...

Re: IPF and Openness

I'll reply to this more full later, but the "format" that KryoFlux produces is already open:

We also know of one independent implementation of this already.

Re: KryoFlux Track Data Visualisation

Quite a lot has changed internally in next version of the UI, so before we post about it public, feel free to try it out and post back here with any problems. Any problems we'll sort out asap, and hopefully formally release this at the weekend.

Re: STREAM file converter / ADF converter

Hi, It's hard to know how good the stream spec is without somebody independently implementing it, so thanks for your work, and your questions. I can now see where the spec is a little loose with definitions, so I will update it given your feedback. The "stream position" is the byte position in the n...
