Re: Log all DTC output to a file

On Windows there is no "tee" (at least not without installing cygwin or downloading it from somewhere else) so an option like that would be really helpful there. I do all my dumping with batch files on Windows and I want to keep the log files for reference, and the only way to do it right now is wit...

Re: What does *S mean?

yeah, noticed the side problem as the resulting files had every track twice. I think the drive select jumper was set incorrectly (either that, or a simple re-seat of the cable did the trick, I don't know). I searched the whole manual for *S but only found *T and *H mentioned (on page 26). Also I thi...

What does *S mean?

I have this disk, I *think* it's a single-sided one but I'm not sure: KryoFlux DiskTool Console, v2.51_Win32, uiv.1, Oct 29 2014, 16:45:42 (c) 2009-2014 KryoFlux Products & Services Ltd. Re: Submission questions

Okay then I'll just upload everything later when I have it dumped. Might take a while though. And it's already well over 2.5 gig of dumps and I'm not even halfway through the 3.5'' disks yet

Re: Submission questions

Still I'd say you're safe to remove any unwanted personal info written there, as long as what's originally printed is still visible. That's exactly the problem, often the scribbling is all over the place and it'd be a major headache to clean that up in PhotoShop. It basically boils down to this sim...

Re: KFAnalyze - KryoFlux Stream Analyzer

Could you provide a download link here, preferably for a ZIP file? The only links I found on this Atari forum either require me to register, or are for a setup version

thanks

Submission questions

I'm currently in the process of dumping over 300 seemingly original IBM PC disks, from DOS/Windows install media to things like Norton Utilities and even a few games. I intend to submit them all to SPS for preservation. Since I'm doing scans of the floppies as well (for uploading to another preserva...

Re: Modified 5.25

I'm out, it's too big of an investment for me just for the handful of original C64 disks I have (which are not even unique in any way). I think there are people who have much better uses for the drives as I have

Re: Modified 5.25

I'm also interested. But I haven't found out how to subscribe to this thread. I'll just post this and click on "Notify me" (which is probably the "subscribe" you mentioned? but it requires me to reply first...)
