Re: Running KryoFlux GUI (Debian 10)
I'm not sure why you're getting that error. It seems that the KryoFlux UI thinks it's running on an older version of Java for some reason (the file it is requesting was moved in later versions of Java, but you're seeing the old location being selected, which is clearly incorrect). I've tried it on m...

Re: profiles location in Windows 10
The profiles are only created when you make a change. Try going into the profile editor and add/delete one. That should then create the .kryoflux folder in your home directory with the expected file.

Re: GUI Error - DTC executable and firmware in current directory or path
Seems like an odd one. The log seems to suggest it's seeing DTC fine.
Another thing you could look at is in the configuration, you can set the party to DTC.

Re: GUI Error - DTC executable and firmware in current directory or path
Is the DTC executable in the same directory as the kryoflux-ui.jar?
Could you post the output of the following command, when in the same folder as the KryoFlux jar file:
java -jar kryoflux-ui.jar
Thanks

Re: kryoflux-ui.jar with macOS 10.13 and JDK 9
The UI is developed on a Mac, and it works fine for me on High Sierra with Java 9, so I can't think of a reason it shouldn't...

Re: Java for Dummies - Me UI is bust!
Great, thanks for the info. Java 8 is still a Vendor supported version at least. I've now updated the UI for Java 10 (some features we were using that were deprecated in 9 were finally removed in 10), which you can get from the latest version below and will make part of the next official release pac...

Re: Java for Dummies - Me UI is bust!
It looks like there as been some further changes in the same area for Java 10. We'll look into this and get back to you. If you want to get the UI to work, you'll have to use Java 9 for now, where the latest version will work:

Re: Java for Dummies - Me UI is bust!
It's not you.
There were some big changes in Java 9 and 10 (the modularity changes specifically) that took some time for us to adapt to. Hopefully the test version of the UI should work though. Can you try this version and tell us if it works?

Good news, thanks.
Let us know if you have any problems. It should be fine, but a few things now work fundermentally differently given our own implementation of a previous 3rd party library, so please consider this a beta release for now.
