Pulsar Little Big Board (6000 Format) CP/M dump

After studying this thread: http://forum.kryoflux.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=853&p=7751&hilit=dtc+l+mask#p7751 I am using: dtc -d0 -r5 -fLBB001.raw -i0 -fLBB001.img -n+17 -v300 -i4 -s0 -e76 -oe76 -dd1 > log.txt However, I have now tried 3 disks which I am certain are not blank or '<unformatted>' (or at...

Re: Raspberry Pi anyone?

Multidisk: I think we have KF running on the new Raspberry 2, so yes, the new USB can cope with the data rate......... The problem we're facing is a ton of communities reaching out and we only have limited manpower, hence we need to concentrate on what helps our goals........ Great! I'm curious as ...

Raspberry Pi anyone?

Just curious as to whether the Pi could work with Kryoflux?

The entire system could fit in the floppy housing, imagine that.............

Jeff at HxC2001 appears to be thinking this way, see:

Re: Sierra Copy Protection and Kyroflux

Hello, I've managed to get the Kyroflux stream files from my original SpaceQuest one disk converted to to PSI images which retain all the copy protected info and thus can be mounted and used in PCEmulator. :D Rocking.... Here's the details. Many thanks to Hampa and his PCE project. (http://www.hamp...

Blue for you.

Here's my Kryoflux in it's almost made to measure Hammond 1593NTBU case. The standard connector for external FDD's in the 80's was a DB37. It's very easy to crimp one onto any ribbon FDD cable whilst I have external drives with this connector already. It's a very flexible way to go. Perhaps future K...

I was equally concerned about the further errors on several subsequent tracks?

Re: 77-track "Japanese style" disks

Okay, as per the previous post, I used:

dtc -flbb1bu.raw -i0 -flbb1bu.img -v360 -oe76 -i4 -z2 -t10 -e76 -l8

And the resultant error log is attached.

I take it that this disk has gone to God? :(

DTC *H Warnings

I've successfully dumped 3 disks and the resulting sector images seem to be working (with a HxC2000 FDD Emulator), however every track on all 3 disks has the *H warning and a +X: 00.0 : MFM: OK*, trk: 000, sec: 16, *H +12 00.1 : MFM: OK*, trk: 000, sec: 16, *H +6 01.0 : MFM: OK*, trk: 001, sec: 16, ...

A plastic or metal case

No everyone who may use or be involved with the Kryoflux is aware of static discharge etc, a case, perhaps translucent, would be great.

I'm sure most existing customers would buy one.

Re: 77-track "Japanese style" disks

Okay, I'm back onto trying to archive a few 5.25" 77 Track disks....... How does this look: dtc -test.raw -v360 -k1 -d0 -e77 -oe77 -t10 -i0 I see the previously proposed -ec options has appeared, as -oe. I'm not sure if the "end track" is 76 or 77 i.e. 0 to 76 = 77? The image will be used with the H...
